[origin: EP0962415A2] The arrangement has a carrier element (4) engaging the drum (2) coaxially wrt. the drum axis (3) that can be moved vertically with the drum by a lifting arrangement (5), whereby the drum can be rotated about its axis when raised above a base (6). The carrier element together with the lifting arrangement is arranged on a single end of the drum and the lifting arrangement has at least one pivotable carrier part contg. the carrier element that can be displaced about a pivot axis (10) lying essentially parallel to the drum axis and parallel to the base to raise the drum from the base.
