Abstract (en)

The arrangement has a reciprocating piston pump (5) that displaces fuel with a reciprocating piston (8). The delivery stroke of the piston is limited by a stop element and a dispenser determines the quantity of fuel to be injected by displacing the piston wrt. the stop element by a defined, variable storage stroke corresp. to the delivery stroke. The dispenser has an electromagnet. A storage piston forming the armature of the electromagnet is subjected to force by the electromagnet to perform the storage stroke.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kraftstoffeinspritzvorrichtung mit einer als Hubkolbenpumpe ausgebildeten Pumpeinrichtung (5) die mittels eines Hubkolbens (8,9) Kraftstoff verdrängt. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß ein Anschlagelement (25), das den Förderhub des Hubkolbens (8,9) in Förderrichtung begrenzt, und eine Dosiereinrichtung (6) zum Festlegen der einzuspritzenden Kraftstoffmenge durch Verschieben des Hubkolbens (8,9) gegenüber dem Anschlagelement (25) um einen bestimmten Speicherhub, der dem Förderhub entspricht vorgesehen sind. Mit der erfindungsgemäßen Einspritzvorrichtung wird die Einspritzmenge unabhängig von jeglichen Rahmenbedingungen, wie z.B. Einspritzdruck usw., exakt festgelegt. <IMAGE>
