[origin: EP0962708A2] The oven has a cooking chamber with an opening that can be closed by a door (7) and a cooling fan which forces a cooling air flow into the atmosphere out of an opening in the front area of the oven above the cooking chamber opening. A flow guidance arrangement (27) near the outlet opening is activated by opening the door and directs the air flow downwards.
