The bearing (13) is sealed on the axial side facing the fan wheel (14) in relation to said fan wheel (14) by means of an axial sealing element (30) rotating with the shaft (10), whereby said sealing element is embodied as a circular, rubber-elastic shaft seal, the flexible sealing lip (32) of which contacts the outside of the bottom part (17) of the housing (12) and seals the outlet (19) of same.
