Abstract (en)

[origin: FR2759978A1] The invention concerns a drink can with its opening and the portion for contact with the mouth hygienically protected. It consists of a cylindrical drink can (4) to be opened (5) by tearing off a metal tab; the can (4) lid (7) is flush with the top edge (8) and a portion (9) of said lid (7) is designed to be in contact with the mouth, said portion (9) is curved and oval with, in its central part, an opening (5), said portion (9), designed to be in contact with the mouth, is provided with a protective seal (11) which itself is torn off by a tab (12) with a tear-off ring. The invention is applicable to drink cans.
