Abstract (en)
The plate (1) forming the inner wall of the ingot mold, in a continuous casting assembly, has a water box bolted to it. The side (3) of the inner mold wall plate (1) towards the water box has webs (5) with grooves (6) between them to take filling bodies (7). The filling bodies (7) have at least one spreader with spreader plates (10) and a spreader cone (12), to give a friction bond between the filling body (7) and inner ingot mold plate (1). The friction bond is maintained by a spring (13). The mounting bolts are between the filling bodies (7) and the water box.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Kokillenwand einer Stranggießkokille, die aus einer Kokilleninnenplatte (1) und einem mit der Kokilleninnenplatte (1) über Schraubverbindungen verbundenen Wasserkasten (2) besteht, wobei die Kokilleninnenplatte (1) auf ihrer dem Wasserkasten (2) zugewandten Seite (3) Stege (5) mit dazwischen verlaufenden Nuten (6) aufweist, in denen Füllstücke (7) angeordnet sind. Erfindungsgemäß wird vorgeschlagen, daß die Füllstücke (7) mindestens ein Spreizelement (9) zur reibschlüssigen Verbindung der Füllstücke (7) mit der Kokilleninnenplatte (1) aufweisen und daß die Schraubverbindungen zwischen den Füllstücken (7) und dem Wasserkasten (2) angeordnet sind. <IMAGE>
