Abstract (en)
The sides are at right angles to the spine. The binder (1) or at least part of it, is made of shape memory material. At room temperature, the two side parts are pre-tensioned towards each other and clamping force exerted on the sheets (3) of the document stack (2) inserted between the side parts. Opening the binder element for inserting or removing sheets takes place by heating up the binder element to a temperature adjusted to the shape memory material and above room temperature.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Bindeelement (1) zum Binden eines aus losen Blättern (2) bestehenden Dokumentenstapels (3), mit einem Rückenteil (4) und zwei Seitenteilen (5, 6), wobei die Seitenteile (5, 6) im wesentlich senkrecht zu dem Rückenteil (4) angeordnet sind. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein kostengünstiges und einfach handhabbares Bindeelement (1) vorzuschlagen. Die Aufgabe wir dadurch gelöst, daß das Bindeelement (1) aus einem "Shape Memory" Material (7) gebildet ist oder daß zumindest ein Teil des Bindeelements (1) aus einem Shape Memory Material (7) gebildet ist. <IMAGE>
