The holding element (6) for the cork (4) of a bottle (1) is in the form of a continuous wire with a ring sector (16), an arc sector (15) and an end sector (17). The ring sector passes through the end of the arc sector. The ring sector may be inside the other end of the arc sector and the connecting end sector outside the ring sector; or the ring sector may be outside the other end of the arc sector and the connecting end sector inside the ring sector.

Die Erfindung schlägt ein Gestaltungs- oder Halteelement (6) für Verschlußstopfen (4) von Flaschen (1) vor. Das Element ist als einteilige Schlaufe (8) ausgebildet, die einen Ringabschnitt (16), einen Bügelabschnitt (15) sowie einen Endabschnitt (17) aufweist. Der Ringabschnitt durchsetzt das buchtförmige Ende (10) des Bügelabschnittes. Es ist entweder der Ringabschnitt innerhalb des anderen Endes des Bügelabschnittes und der anschließende Endabschnitt außerhalb des Ringabschnittes oder aber der Ringabschnitt außerhalb des anderen Endes des Bügelabschnittes und der anschließende Endabschnitt innerhalb des Ringabschnittes angeordnet. Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Flasche mit Verschlußstopfen und Gestaltungs- oder Halteelement für den Stopfen umschließt der Ringabschnitt den Hals der Flasche und es ist der Bügelabschnitt über den Stopfen geführt. <IMAGE>
