[origin: EP0965538A1] The teabag (1) has tea in a chamber formed by two walls (2, 3) connected along the long sides (4, 5) and transverse sides (6, 7). At least one, preferably both long sides have an enlarging accordion or bellows fold by which the chamber volume can be increased for the same width. The production process involves moving strips of the same width, stamping them, and connecting them in sequence in the form of an accordion or bellows fold.
