[origin: EP0965705A1] The panel consists of a quadrilateral wooden panel acting as the lower panel (3) and a quadrilateral fibre reinforced plaster panel acting as the top panel (2). The lower panel is offset with respect to the upper panel to produce overlaps (4,';5,'). The upper panel is adhered to the lower panel in a strip fashion running parallel to the longitudinal sides of the panels. The upper panel is thicker than the lower panel.
