[origin: WO9936188A1] The invention relates to a deaerating device for eliminating the residual air when a piston (1) is introduced into a full cartridge (2), comprising at least one deaerating opening (7) which extends from the piston surface (6) to the outside. Deaerating devices of this type have been shown to be prone to defects and also require specially adapted plungers. The aim of the invention is to configure the deaerating device in such a way that the deaeration takes place when the piston is introduced without any additional manipulation. To this end, a pocket (8) in which a microporous filter (9) is placed is formed on the surface (6) of the piston in the area of the deaerating opening (7).
