Abstract (en)
[origin: DE19801058A1] The spring rail (12) is held loosely in a plastics sheath (14) in the closed space (34) and is fitted on the screen side with wiper blade (16) holders (40,42) and the space (34) wall (36) facing the screen is slit lengthwise in the center (28). The facing walls carry respectively holding strips (40) and claws (42) for engagement with the blade grooves (44). The lengthwise end walls of the sheath (14) space (34) are in part closed off and one wall can be flexibly deflected. The screen-facing wall of the plastics sheath is thicker than the opposing walls and the screen-facing sheath wall can form a second spring rail differing in curvature from the main rail (12).
