[origin: WO9841075A1] The invention relates to a decentralized module comprising a flat base module (M1) with at least one electrical interface (SP, SPI, SPO, SV, M) for connecting the decentralized module to at least one data bus (B1, B2), a connecting module (M2) for signal lines (FLA, FLB) which can be detachably clicked into the base module (M1) in such a way that an electric contact is created, and an electronic circuit (E) which can be controlled via the data bus (B1, B2). When the connecting module (M2) is clicked in, said electronic circuit creates a coupling between the signal lines (FLA, FLB) and the electric interface (SP, SPI, SPO, SV, M) of the base module (M1) towards the data bus (B1, B2).
