Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0966995A2] The binding system has a base module (1) and a heel adapter (7). The base module is mounted on a snow board (2); it serves as support (12) for a boot and has boot holders (5). The heel adapter has a heel bracket (8) to engage around the heel of a boot, and is fastened to the base module via connectors. The bracket is adjustably fastened to the adapter for adjustment to different boot sizes. The heel adapter has a calf support (22), and there is a toe adapter fastened to the base module via connectors.
