[origin: EP0967028A2] The press has a double-acting hydraulic working cylinder (3) with the larger side connected to a hydraulic tank (13) via a feeder line (12). The line contains a feeder valve (14) and a switchable adjustable throttle (15). The throttle is active during ejection of hydraulic medium from the larger cylinder side to the hydraulic tank. The feeder valve has open and closed positions, and an additional throttle position. The valve has a mechanical hydraulically operate valve stop, which permits partial opening only with constant throttle effect on the hydraulic medium.
