[origin: EP0967099A2] The motor vehicle opening roof panel has a drive with a deploying lever (3) having one end pivotally mounted on a support fixed to the roof. The other end of the lever has pins (3A,B) engaging in guide paths (6A,B) in the roof panel frame (4). The lever can have a ratchet to engage a rack on the roof.
