[origin: EP0967319A1] A divider is supplied with a known alternating current and frequency of an AC generator (12). The value of the residual moisture content is determined through the voltage reduction. The dryer has condenser plates (C1,C2) of a first and a second condenser. The plates are located at a distance from the drum surface. A drum rib (7), which is insulated in respect of the drum surface, forms the second condenser plate for both condensers.
