Abstract (en)
A method for fitting a balcony to a building has a natural stone plate (28a) bored with horizontal holes to take tensioning tie rods (31) which run from the outer edge of the plate to clamp the plate to a metal support frame (45). The support frame is fitted with mounting flanges or other girder sections (47) to secure the frame to the building via tie rods (48) through the wall of the building. For improved support the tie rods are positioned through the upper level of the balcony plate.

Es wird ein Balkon beschrieben, der eine Balkondecke (28) enthält, die eine aus Naturstein hergestellte Platte (28a) mit einer Mehrzahl von geraden und parallel angeordneten Bohrungen (29), in diese ohne Verbund eingesetzte, aus Vollmaterial hergestellte Bewehrungsstäbe (31) und wenigstens einen, an einer Stirnseite der Platte (28a) anliegenden, als Torsions- oder Biegeträger (45), ausgebildeten Träger aufweist, gegen den die Platte (28a) mittels der Bewehrungsstäbe (31) vorgespannt ist. Außerdem enthält der Balkon eine Tragkonstruktion, die für den Fall, daß der Träger ein Torsionsträger (45) ist, zwei im Bereich der Gebäudewand (32) angeordnete, die Enden des Trägers (45) aufnehmende Stützpunkte, und für den Fall, daß der Träger ein Biegeträger ist, zwei im Bereich der Gebäudewand (32) liegende Stützpunkte und wenigstens einen weiteren Stützpunkt aufweist, der zur Auflage der Balkondecke (28) an einer von der Gebäudewand (32) entfernten Stirnseite dient. <IMAGE>
