[origin: WO9834579A1] A method of manufacturing a carbonated spring by supplying a carbon dioxide to a carbon dioxide dissolver and dissolving the carbon dioxide in raw water, which comprises measuring the pH of the carbonated spring generated, calculating carbon dioxide concentration data of the carbonated spring generated from the pH measurement and an alkalinity of the raw water, and regulating an amount of carbon dioxide supplied to the carbon dioxide dissolver so that the carbon dioxide concentration data amounts to a preset target carbon dioxide concentration. According to the method, it is possible so simply manufacture the carbonated spring of a target concentration using an inexpensive pH measuring device.
