Abstract (en)
The ornamental frame (5) externally surrounds a cut-out (3) from a panel (2) within a frame of a door etc. and projects over the edge (4) to cover the joint between the cut-out and a fitting such as a mirror etc. (27). The ornamental frame is mounted by an anchoring member (6), inaccessible from the outside, which is undetachably attached to the panel. Preferably the ornamental frame is moulded in one piece with the panel. The panel, at least on the outside (8), may comprise a thin plate (9) of deep-drawable material with the ornamental frame formed by a deep-drawn edge region of the plate, the concavity of this region being filled with a cast resin.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Rahmen mit Füllung und aus der Füllung herausgenommenem Ausschnitt, umgeben von einem umlaufenden Ornamentrahmen der den Rand des Ausschnitts nach innen verkleinernd überspringt. Wesentlich ist eine unlösbare Verankerung des außenliegenden Ornamentrahmens an der Füllung. <IMAGE>
