Abstract (en)
[origin: DE19714141A1] The invention relates to a hydraulic control device, comprising a directional valve (13), a hydraulic pump (18), and a built-in two-way valve (52) configured as a seat valve. The directional valve (13) is connected to an inlet line (34) and to a drain line leading to a tank, from which a consumer line (16, 17) leads to a hydraulic consumer. The hydraulic pump (18) suctions pressure means from the tank (19) and delivers it to the inlet line (34). The built-in two-way valve (52) is arranged in the inlet line (34) and when closed, separates a second inlet line section (60) leading to the directional valve from a first inlet line section running between said section and the hydraulic pump (18). A control piston belonging to the built-in two-way valve has a ring-shaped opening surface (64) which is subjected to the pressure inside the first inlet line section; a second central circular opening surface (65) which is subjected to pressure inside the second inlet line section, and a closing surface (62) which can be subjected to pressure in the first inlet line section (34) via a pilot valve (53) when said valve (53) is in a first control position and whose pressure can be discharged into the tank (19) via said valve (53) when the pilot valve is in a second control position. The built-in two-way valve (52) is closed when an emergency shutdown is activated. In order to meet particularly stringent safety requirements, the invention provides that the second inlet line section (60) can be discharged into the tank (19) via the pilot valve (52) when said valve is in a first control position.
