[origin: DE19713661C1] The invention relates to a contact arrangement for providing an electrical connection between a plurality of first electrical contact points (18), said contact points being arranged on an essentially even surface (14) of a first support (10), and a corresponding number of second electrical contact points (20), these second electrical contact points being arranged on an essentially even surface (16) of a second support (12). The inventive contact arrangement comprises a flat insulating body (24) in which bores (26) are provided in the grid spacing of the first and second contact points (18, 20), an electrical conductor (36) running through each of said bores. These bores (26) are provided with feedthroughs (36) and contact elements (46) are fixed to the bore ends on both sides of the insulating body (24), said contact elements being electrically connected to the respective feedthrough. The bore ends are surrounded at a distance by recesses (32), on both sides of the insulating body, extensions (50) of the contact elements (46) engaging in said recesses.
