Abstract (en)
A continuous source material (3) is formed into rings (5) and cut to size. The ring ends (6,7) are butt welded, and the rings are finished by plastic forming at room temperature. The side walls (9,10) are parallel to each other. Rings are formed and cut by a roller and cutter machine, and the rings are cut individually. The source material is pre-formed and has an approx. oval cross section.

Verfahren zur Herstellung von Blechringen (1), die zumindest zwei einander gegenüberliegende Seitenflächen haben,wobei ein endloses Ausgangsmaterial (3) zu Ringen (5) geformt und abgelängt wird und daß die Ringe (5) im Bereich ihrer Enden (6, 7) stumpf verschweißt und nachfolgend durch plastische Verformung in die Gestalt von Blechringen (1) überführt werden. <IMAGE>
