A sealing section (6) defined by propulsion piston (5) and piston guide, is located between the openings of cartridge holder and exhaust channel. The sealing section is formed by the inner wall (9) of a cylindrical recess (8) in a stop face (7) of the piston guide, and the outer wall (12) of a shoulder (11) on the counter face (10) of the piston.
