[origin: EP0972872A2] The mat structure is made of warp-knitted material and includes worked-in pick elements which consist of elastic, loose fiber structures shaped to resemble rope. The elements are bound through radial tying into the binding elements of the warp-knitted structure at distances matching the wales or ridges in the fabric.
