Abstract (en)
The railing (4) comprises two horizontal tubes (6) at the ends of which are two perpendicular tubular gudgeons (7) in each of which are engaged in a tubular socket (3) carried by a scaffolding post. Each gudgeon is a trapezoidal pawl (13) which slides in a lateral slot (12) and is subjected to the action of a U-shaped leaf spring (14) housed inside the gudgeon. The pawl can occupy a stable locking position and a stable unlocking position enabling the withdrawal of the railing by a single operator.

Le garde-corps (4) comporte un tube horizontal (6), aux extrémités duquel sont disposés deux goujons tubulaires (7), perpendiculaires au tube (6), prévus pour être engagés chacun dans une douille (3) portée par un poteau (1) de la structure de l'échafaudage. Sur chaque goujon (7) est prévu un cliquet (13) de forme trapézoïdale, monté coulissant dans une fente latérale non débouchante (12) du goujon (7), et soumis à l'action d'un ressort (14) logé à l'intérieur du goujon (7), l'ensemble cliquet (13)-ressort (14) n'étant pas lié mécaniquement au goujon (7). Le cliquet (13) peut occuper une position stable de verrouillage, assurant la sécurité, et une position stable de déverrouillage, qui permet le retrait du garde-corps (4) par un seul opérateur. <IMAGE>
