Abstract (en)

[origin: FR2762032A1] The invention concerns a method for pulling down a storied building (1) consisting of an assembly of structural walls (2) and an assembly of slabs (3). The method comprises the following steps: sectioning the slab (3) of a predetermined storey, parallel to the structural walls (2), in a zone located beyond the structural wall next but one to the external wall; installing a push ram (10) in the resulting opening, parallel to the slab (3) and perpendicular to the structural walls (2); rigidifying the push ram (10) rear support zone; consolidating the push ram front support zone; installing at least a stay (30) in at least one of the rooms (4) located behind the push ram to form a transverse bracing; controlling the pressurisation of the push ram (10) to push forward the structural walls (2) and triggering at least the collapse of the slabs (3) and the structural walls (2) of the top storeys.
