Abstract (en)
The solution of the treatment bath (1) is circulated through a first pipe line (2) by a circulation pump (3). The solution and/or the gas to be added are introduced either into the first pipe line or into the process bath at a point where thorough mixing takes place due to the end of the pipe line. The end of this pipe line is either in the treatment bath or above the surface of the treatment bath. The pipe line (2) includes a suction pump (4) operating on the venturi principle. The inlet of the pump is provided with a second pipe line (6) for solutions or gases which are to be added.

Man bringt die Metalloberflächen mit einer Lösung eines Prozeßbades (1), beispielsweise einer Phosphatier- oder Beizlösung, in Kontakt, welches mehrere Komponenten in wäßriger Lösung enthält, wobei man die Zusammensetzung des Prozeßbades (1) durch Zugabe von Lösungen oder Gasen, insbesondere Luft, in einem vorgegebenen Bereich hält. Die Wirtschaftlichkeit wird erheblich verbessert, wenn man die Lösung des Prozeßbades (1) über eine erste Leitung (2) und eine Umwälzpumpe (3) umwälzt und die zuzugebende Lösung und/oder das zuzugebende Gas dort dem Prozeßbad zuführt, wo in Folge des Endens der Leitung (2) eine starke Durchmischung herrscht, oder wenn man die zuzugebende Lösung oder das zuzugebende Gas einer Saugpumpe (4) zuführt, wobei sich die zuzugebende Lösung bzw. das zuzugebende Gas mit der umgewälzten Lösung mischt. <IMAGE>
