[origin: WO9849642A1] An automated marketing system provides a full range of services for telemarketing support. The automated marketing system may include a client profile management system for obtaining data from multiple data providers in different formats and integrating the data into a standardized client profile database. The automated marketing system includes a data warehouse for storing large amounts of data regarding potential clients. An automated lead generation system processes the data in the data warehouse to generate leads that fulfill certain characteristics corresponding to given marketing campaigns. These leads may be passed to telemarketers who use the leads. The results may be fed back into the automated marketing system to update lead generation strategy and to update client data that is stored by the automated marketing system.
