Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0978269A1] The device has external housing forming a suction chamber, and a second housing which can be displaced w.r.t the external housing . A hole connects the internal housing to suction source to generate a reduced pressure on the skin. The device comprises a hollow external housing (1) with walls (2,3) forming a principal suction chamber and having an open face which is applied to the skin. There is a connection (15) for a suction source designed to generate a reduced pressure in the principal suction chamber. The device also includes a second hollow internal housing (20), of dimensions less than those of the external housing (1), fitted into the principal suction chamber. This second housing has a peripheral wall (21,22) which delimits a secondary suction chamber and has a lower wall delimiting an open face which is applied to the skin. There are members (4,5,6) for displacing the chamber (20) with respect to the external housing (1) in a direction parallel to the open face of the external housing applied to the skin. There is also a hole (23) which connects the internal housing (20) to a suction source designed to generate a reduced pressure in the secondary suction chamber
