Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0978297A2] The meltable pipe (12') which is made of a thermoplastics material and carries the extinguishing agent from the pressurised supply container (10') is attached to this container so that in the event of fire the extinguishing agent flows out both sides from a burst spot (17') over the site of the fire (16). The meltable pipe is preferably connected to a pressurised container at each end and can be designed as a ring line.
