[origin: EP0978317A1] The impact wheel (8) has round the outside circumference impact plates (17) wherein one further impact plate (17b) is arranged as a pair next to each plate (17a) at a slight tangential distance therefrom, preferably about 15 cm. The distance of the two plates from each other corresponds to the thickness of a support plate (16) supporting the two impact plates. The support plate and impact plates form a U-shaped channel open opposite the active surface (20).
