[origin: EP0978460A1] The packaging material (14) consists of a backing film layer (24) and a layer of a weldable film (26) joined, at least in specific zones, by a layer (28) of a permanent adhesive with two communicating interfaces (36, 38) which have a resistance to traction applied perpendicular to the joint which is greater than that of the adhesive between the two interfaces. The resistance of the weldable film layer to tearing is lower than the resistance to traction of the intermediate zone of the adhesive layer, which is preferably 20 microns thick.
