[origin: EP0978611A2] The system has a sleeve (12) to which the inner rotary knob (10) is connected so as to rotate with it and on which the closure element (30) is mounted so as to rotate with it. An outer rotary knob (50) is connected to a shaft so as to rotate with it. The shaft extends through the sleeve and is connected to a coupling unit (40) inside the inner knob. The coupling unit turns freely wrt. the inner knob in a free position and is coupled to rotate with the inner knob in a drive position. The sleeve and the shaft (52) of the outer knob can move axially wrt. each other.
