[origin: EP0978612A2] An electrically operable locking device for door wings, especially for at least two sliding door wings (1) working together, has a locking device whose key-bolt (9) can be adjusted around a pivot axis (31) between an opening and a closing position. A bi-stable changeover device comprises a solenoid (45) for executing a reversal between the closing and opening position. The bi-stable changeover device is controlled to electrically execute the changeover from the opening into the closing position and vice versa. The changeover device also comprises a magnet arrangement. The stable opening or closing end position is effected by a permanent magnet device and also a spring pre-tension device. The stable changeover device comprises a transmission device (37) in operative connection with the pivot axis. The transmission device is connected on one side to the spring pre-tension device and on the other side to the armature or a transmission member joined to it to operate the transmission device.
