Abstract (en)
A flow channel (5) between an axial inlet and radial outlets is formed between inner and outer surfaces of a blade (2) and annular, opposing channel faces transverse to the axis (1a). The channel faces have different diameters, the smallest diameter (Di) of the first channel surface (8) being slightly smaller than the largest diameter (da) of the second channel surface (9). An Independent claim is made for a manufacturing process for the wheel (1) in a two part tool whose parts close and open in the wheel axis direction (1a). The first channel surface (8) (located in the inlet of the wheel (1)) and parts (2a) of the blades (2) outside the smallest diameter (Di) of the first channel surface are formed by the first tool half and the second channel surface (9) and parts (2b) of the blades falling inside the largest diameter (da) of the second channel surface are formed by the second tool half.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Radiallaufrad (1) für eine Kreiselpumpe mit mindestens einem Strömungskanal (5) zwischen einem axialen Strömungseintrittsbereich (6) und einem im wesentlichen radialen Strömungsaustrittsbereich (7), welcher Strömungskanal (5) durch die Innen- und Außenflächen (3, 4) mindestens einer Laufschaufel (2) und durch im wesentlichen, quer zur Achse (1a) des Radiallaufrades (1) verlaufende ringförmige, zueinander gerichtete und einstückig mit dem Radiallaufrad (1) ausgeführte erste und zweite Kanalflächen (8, 9) begrenzt ist. Um die Herstellung des Radiallaufrades (1) zu vereinfachen, ist vorgesehen, daß die Kanalflächen (8, 9) unterschiedliche Durchmesser aufweisen, wobei der kleinste Durchmesser (Di) der ersten Kanalfläche (8) mindestens dem größten Durchmesser (da) der zweiten Kanalfläche (9) entspricht, wobei vorzugsweise die erste Kanalfläche (8) auf der Seite des Eintrittsbereiches (6) des Radiallaufrades (1) angeordnet ist. <IMAGE>
