Eine Vorrichtung zur Bereitstellung einer kryogenen Flüssigkeit weist einen Vorratstank 1 auf, welcher mittels einer Zuleitung 2', 2'' mit einem Verbraucher 3 verbunden ist. Ein Zwischenspeicher 4 ist vorgesehen, welcher über einen ersten Leitungsteil 2' der Zuleitung mit dem Vorratstank 1 verbunden ist und über einen zweiten Leitungsteil 2'' der Zuleitung mit dem Verbraucher 3 verbunden ist. <IMAGE>
