Abstract (en)
The assembly for online production of paper has a multinip soft calender supercalender station (11) after the drying section (2) of a papermaking machine. It has a number of roller gaps (121-129), where the paper web (3) passes through. A wetting station (7), with at least one jet (8,9) to deliver a spray mist at the web (3), is at a gap from the supercalender (11). The paper web (3) enters the first roller gap (121) of the supercalender 0.6-1.2 seconds after wetting, and pref. 0.8-1.0 seconds.

Es wird die Online-Herstellung von Papier mit hoher Glätte, insbesondere SC-A-Papier, beschrieben, wobei die aus der Papiermaschine kommende Papierbahn (3) online einem Superkalander (Multinip-Softkalander) (11) zugeführt wird, in dem sie zur Erzielung der gewünschten Glätteeigenschaften eine Vielzahl von Walzenspalten (121 - 129) durchläuft, wobei die Papierbahn (3) vor dem Durchlaufen des ersten Walzenspaltes (121) mit Sprühnebel befeuchtet wird und wobei der Sprühnebel etwa 0,8 bis 1,2 s bevor die Papierbahn (3) den ersten Walzenspalt (121) durchläuft auf die Papierbahn (3) aufgebracht wird. <IMAGE>
