Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0980721A1] The sewer cleaner comprises a chassis (10) with side beams (12,14) connected by crosspieces (13,15,17,19). At one end are driving wheels (16,18) each driven by an independent motor. Pairs of idling wheels (20-23) at the other end of the chassis rotate in bearings in each side beam. Guide wheels (24-27) with vertical axles arranged along the side beams can roll along the side walls of the sewer. A tool support (33) with a height adjuster (34,36) is fitted with a plate (39) rotating at the end (42) of the support.
