Abstract (en)

Descaler for a continuous casting apparatus consists of a descaler car (5) carrying the rotating cylinder body (7) with an elastic injected shearing cylinder (6) and having two openings (17), two gears (19) and two speed-regulated asynchronous rotary current motors (20). The openings are formed with the smallest applicable tooth number to achieve the highest propulsion moment.

Die Erfindung beschreibt einen verfahrbaren Entbarter für beim Zerteilen von Stahlsträngen durch Sauerstoffbrennschneiden entstandene Brennbärte (2), bei dem durch kosten- und platzsparende Ausführungen im Antriebs-, Steuerungs- und Werkzeugbereich durch erhöhte Entbartungsenergie und günstigere Schneidenform ein sichereres Entbarten mit hohem Entbartungsgrad erzielt wird. <IMAGE>
