Abstract (en)
The mechanism to feed the weft yarns into a rolling shed loom has a fixed unit with an assembly (11) of a number of channels (21) and a number of jets (25). A second unit, rotating with the loom rotor, has a number of jets (12) to extract the wefts in succession from the channels and propel them into the shed. The jets (25) at the fixed unit charge the channels (21) continuously with the weft yarn (3) drawn from a supply bobbin. The channels (21) at the fixed unit are arranged in a concentric curve at the holder. Each channel (21) has a transport channel (22) and an extraction channel (23), where the clear width of the transport channel (22) is larger than that of the extraction channel (23). The channel assembly is formed of curved sections, secured to the holder (8). The channel (21) and jet (25) form a one-piece component, and the assembly contains four channels (21). An auxiliary channel can run parallel to the transport channel (22), with at least one support jet to draw and/or advance the weft yarn (3) within the transport channel (22). The weft feed system has 12 injector jets (12), in groups of four jets, with one jet in each group on an arc.

Die Vorrichtung enthält eine ortsfest angeordnete Einheit mit einer Mehrzahl von Kanälen (21) und einer Mehrzahl von Düsen (25) und eine mit dem Webrotor (1) rotierende Einheit mit einer Mehrzahl von Düsen (12), die dazu bestimmt sind, die den Kanälen zugeführten Schussfäden nacheinander abzuziehen und in das Webfach einzuschiessen. Diese Vorrichtung gewährleistet das Eintragen von Schussfäden unterschiedlicher Art und Ausführung. <IMAGE>
