Abstract (en)
The method involves switching incoming calls addressed at a predetermined telephone number as part of an automatic call distribution to respectively one free workplace terminal, which is selected from a group of such workplace terminals associated with the phone number. The automatic call distribution is implemented in the system through a program structure. An association of an agent serving a workplace terminal to an identification information determining a certain group of terminals is stored. A workplace terminal is directly associated with a defined group, in response to an identification information transmitted by the corresponding workplace terminal, whereby the corresponding workplace terminal is take in the automatic call distribution. The concerned workplace terminal is taken from the group of currently available terminals through an input of an end signal, and workplace terminal is available exclusively for the defined group within its current operation time.

Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren bezieht sich auf eine oder mehrere Gruppen (GRx, Gry) von Arbeitsplatzendgeräten (Agenten-Endgeräte), denen ankommende Anrufe über eine automatische Anrufverteilung (ACD) zu vermitteln sind. Ein Agent hat die Möglichkeit sich über eine Identifikationsinformation (ADI) von jedem Endgerät für eine bestimmte Gruppe anzumelden. Innerhalb einer, durch eine entsprechende An- bzw. Abmeldung aktuell festgelegten Betriebszeit ist der betreffende Agent ausschließlich nur für ein und dieselbe Gruppe verfügbar. Die zeitgleiche Anmeldung an einem anderen Endgerät wird unterbunden. Nach einer Abmeldung kann durch die Eingabe einer anderen Identifikationsnummer die Zuordnung dieses Endgerätes zu einer anderen Gruppe von Arbeitsplatzendgeräten erfolgen. Es kann also bedarfsweise die variable Zuordnung eines Arbeitsplatzendgerätes (Agenten) zu unterschiedlichen Agenten und/oder unterschiedlichen Gruppen erfolgen. Es ist grundsätzlich die gruppen-dynamische und stations-unabhängige An- bzw. Abmeldung von Agenten bei einer automatischen Anrufverteilung möglich. Die exklusive Bindung eines Agenten an ein Arbeitsplatzendgerät ist aufgehoben. <IMAGE>
