The two-part slide moved along the guide rail (3) between the door frame and motor, and pivotably connected to the top part of the door via a push rod (40) comprises a box-shaped bottom section (2) located inside the rail and connected to the drive belt (4), and a top section (1) sealing the bottom section and joined to the push rod. A latch (5) can be received by the bottom section so that the two sections become coupled together. The electric motor and drive wheel are mounted near the door frame, along with a guide roll for a belt driven by the wheel. A guide rail is fitted between the frame and motor unit.

Ein Torantrieb für ein Garagenschwingtor aus einer Antriebseinheit für ein innerhalb einer Führungsschiene (3) geführtes, umgelenktes Zugglied (4) umfaßt einen durch das Zugglied hin- und herbeweglichen Führungsschlitten (6), mit dem über eine Schubstange (40) das zu öffnende und zu schließende Torblatt verbunden ist. Zur Vereinfachung der Herstellung und der Anpassung des Antriebs an unterschiedliche Größen ist der Schieber (6) zweiteilig aus einem in der Führungsschiene (3) geführten und mit dem Zugglied (4) verbundenen kastenförmigen Unterteil (2) und einem diesen abschließenden plattenförmigen Oberteil (1) gebildet. An dem Schieber (6) ist eine Schubstange (40) angelenkt, die die Verbindung zum zu öffnenden und zu schließenden Torblatt herstellt. Mittels eines in das Unterteil (2) zum Eingriff bringbaren beweglichen Riegels (5) sind Unterteil (2) und Oberteil (1) zu einer Wirkeinheit verbindbar. <IMAGE>
