[origin: EP0982694A1] A locking bar (8) is held by a detent (18) in a closed position. The bar includes an engagement piece (36) in the form of a coin holder at an adjustable distance from a control shoulder (20) of the detent. The detent is raised by the edge of the coin from the locking position into a release position. The distance can be adjusted steplessly via an opening that is accessible from the back of the lock, using a tool.
