Abstract (en)
The module consists of a base (1) with an anterior section (8) designed to make contact with the footwear inner sole, a rigid or semi-rigid supporting shell (2), and an upper covering layer (9). The shell has a V-shaped anterior recess (4) with the tip (5) of its inner branch located close to the first metatarsal neck, and the tip (6) of its outer branch situated close to the fifth metatarsal head. The posterior edge (7) of the recess is located close to the posterior mid-point of the middle metatarses, and the shell has a hollow (3) in the heel zone which is filled with a shock-absorbing material.

Ce module comprend un complexe multicouches associant dans l'ordre sous forme indépendante ou sous forme précollés : une base inférieure (1), entière ou découpée, et dans cette alternative dont le bord antérieur est situé au voisinage de la limite antérieure du talon antérieur, destinée à venir au contact de la semelle de propreté de la chaussure susceptible de recevoir l'orthèse ; une coque rigide ou semi-rigide (2), destinée à conférer le soutien à l'orthèse, et présentant une découpe antérieure (4) en forme de V arrondi, dont l'extrémité (5) de la branche interne est située au voisinage du premier col métatarsien, dont l'extrémité (6) de la branche externe est située au voisinage de la cinquième tête métatarsienne, et dont le bord postérieur (7) est sensiblement situé au voisinage du milieu postérieur des métatarsiens médians ; un revêtement supérieur (9), en forme de semelle entière ou découpé avec un bord antérieur situé sensiblement à la limite antérieure du talon antérieur, et destiné à isoler le pied de la coque (2), <IMAGE>
