Abstract (en)
To apply a glue to the surface of a product, the glue is delivered as a thread to be laid in a spiral path on the surface. A spray head (40) is at one end of the applicator (45), with a housing (25) to take the insert (30) with the outlet opening (34) for the glue thread. A coaxial guide sleeve (35) holds the piston rod (43). A jet body (15) has a number of openings (20) in the peripheral direction, each with an air jet (10) with a converging-diverging inner zone in the flow direction.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Abgabe von Haftmitteln, insbesondere zur Abgabe von Schmelzklebstoffen in Form eines auf eine Produktfläche gerichteten von mindestens einem Luftstrahl beaufschlagten Haftmittel-Sprühfadens. An dem einen Ende der Vorrichtung (45) ist ein Spritzkopf (40) angeordnet, welcher ein Anschlussgehäuse (25) zur Aufnahme eines mit einer als Düsenkanal ausgebildeten Austrittsöffnung (34) für den Haftmittel-Sprühfaden (Leim) versehenes Einsatzstücks (30), eine zur koaxialen Lagerung der Kolbenstange (43) ausgebildete Führungshülse (35) sowie einen Düsenkörper (15) mit in Umfangsrichtung verteilt zueinander angeordneten Bohrungen (20) umfasst, in weiche jeweils eine Luftdüse (10) mit in Durchströmrichtung konvergent-divergent ausgebildetem Innenraum angeordnet ist. <IMAGE>
