Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0983802A2] The blades (3) are tapered, with their outer edges defining a cylinder and their inner edges defining a cone. The broad edges of the blades are fastened to a solid disc (2) mounted on a hub (1) attached to a drive shaft. The narrow edges of the blades are attached to a ring (4) whose width is equal to the width of the narrow ends of the blades.
