Abstract (en)
A residential building (9) with an adjacent open-air swimming pool (3) that is built in the ground has a pair of guide rails (7, 7') that allow the building to be moved by means of rollers or sliders so that it covers the swimming pool during the winter. During the summer the pool is used as an open-air pool, while in the winter the building is pushed or pulled so that it is located over the pool, with access to it through a removable floor panel (9). The building has detachable or flexible electricity, water and drainage connections.

L'invention propose un bâtiment rigide à usage d'habitation, comportant une piscine du type enterrée qui est convertible, c'est-à-dire qui peut être utilisée aussi bien comme piscine ouverte à l'air libre ou comme piscine couverte. Le bâtiment (1) à usage d'habitation est déplaçable pour être, en hiver, placé au-dessus de la piscine (3) afin qu'elle soit intégrée dans l'espace intérieur dudit bâtiment et être, en été, déplacé à côté de la piscine (3) pour l'utiliser comme piscine découverte. Les deux éléments constitutifs : la piscine (3) et le bâtiment rigide (1) sont combinés par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de déplacement du bâtiment (1), par rapport à la piscine (3), chacun de ces éléments conservant sa fonction propre et pouvant être utilisé séparément ou simultanément. <IMAGE>
