[origin: EP0984114A2] A twin layered roofing system, especially for flat roofs and roofs slanted up to 15 degrees, comprises a supporting shell with a heat insulating layer (2) on top. A wind barrier is located between the shell and the heat insulating layer. Fixing elements for the insulating layer are located between the roof shell (3) and the upper shell.
