Abstract (en)
[origin: FR2763071A1] The invention concerns the use of parent peptide analogues, characterised in that they correspond to said parent peptide in which: at least a peptide bond -CO-NH- of the peptide chain, is modified, except for retro or retro-inverso type modifications; or at least an amino acid of the peptide chain, is substituted by a non-proteinogenic amino acid; or at least a peptide bond -CO-NH- of the peptide chain is substituted by a non proteinogenic amino acid. Said peptide analogues are used for: preparing medicines for preventing or treating the pathologies mentioned in the description; or preparing a composition for diagnosing said pathologies, or for assessing in vivo the immune response concerning said pathologies, using a hypersensitivity cutaneous reaction by intradermal injection of said composition; or implementing an in vitro diagnostic method of said pathologies.
